Soph Boobyer (b. 1996, UK) works across curatorial research, writing and pedagogy. Her practice examines gestures of display, and how these are organised through embodied and collective practices.

As Associate Researcher with DASH (Disability Arts Shropshire), current research traces how material conditions of exhibition-making and education shape encounter, particularly of D/deaf and blind ways of relating. She teaches on the Pre-Master Programme at Design Academy Eindhoven, and is co-founder of graft with Nikita Sena Quarshie, a project researching radical arts pedagogy. In 2024, she was Curatorial Research Fellow for Contemporary Art Frame Finland and Van Abbemuseum.
